CRN 5-Star Partner Program Winner 2012

Aerohive Networks has been named to CRN’s 2012 Partner Programs Guide and was also awarded a 5-Star Partner rating. The 2012 CRN Partner Program Guide and CRN 5-Star Rating is the definitive listing of manufacturers and software publishers that service solution providers or provide products to the IT Channel. CRN’s Partner Program Guide recognizes those vendors who have channel programs and derive a portion of their sales through the indirect IT Channel.

2011 Cloud Computing Excellence Award

TMC, a global, integrated media company, has named Aerohive’s BR100 Router as a 2011 Cloud Computing Excellence Award winner presented by Cloud Computing Magazine in January, 2012. The Cloud Computing Excellence Awards recognized the companies that have most effectively leveraged cloud computing in their efforts to bring new, differentiated offerings to market. Winners of the Cloud Computing Excellence Award are published in the January 2012 issue of Cloud Computing Magazine.

Aerohive Networks’ TeacherView App Receives 2011 Tech & Learning Awards of Excellence Honor

Tech & Learning magazine named 100 education technology products as winners in its prestigious 29-year-old recognition program. Honored software, hardware, network, Web products include innovative applications that break new ground as well as those that added significant enhancements to proven education tools. A panel of more than 30 educators, who tested more than 160 entries, chose the winners.

Aerohive has been chosen as one of CRN's Emerging Vendors for 2011. Aerohive was honored in the networking category for its cloud-enabled Wi-Fi and routing solutions. Announcing the 2011 OnDemand 100 Top Private Companies

Aerohive received an OnDemand 100 award from AlwaysOn, the leading business media brand networking the Global Silicon Valley. This year's OnDemand 100 companies were chosen because they are leaders amongst their peers and developing game-changing approaches and technologies that are likely to push outside the bounds of existing markets and away from entrenched players. Companies were selected based on a set of five criteria: innovation, market potential, commercialization, stakeholder value, and media buzz.

Aerohive was chosen as one of the fastest growing technology companies in Silicon Valley by Lead411. On a daily basis, the Lead411 research team scours through at least 600 press releases and business articles including venture capital financings, company launches, office openings, new customer press releases, etc. This information has given insight to which are the fastest growing technology companies in the U.S. Their "Hot List" awards have been created to recognize these fast growing companies.

Gartner named Aerohive a "Cool Vendor" in its recently released "Cool Vendors in Enterprise Networking, 2010" report. Gartner defines a cool vendor as a company that offers technologies or solutions that are: Innovative, enable users to do things they couldn't do before; Impactful, have, or will have, business impact (not just technology for the sake of technology); Intriguing, have caught Gartner's interest or curiosity in approximately the past six months.

Aerohive Positioned in the "Visionaries" Quadrant of the Magic Quadrant for Wireless LAN Infrastructure

Gartner positions Aerohive in the "Visionaries" quadrant of the 2010 Magic Quadrant for Wireless LAN Infrastructure (Global). Vendors were evaluated based on their ability to execute and completeness of vision. According to the report, a "vendor in the Visionaries quadrant demonstrates an ability to increase features in its offering to provide a unique and differentiated approach to the market. A visionary will have innovated in one or more of the key areas of WLAN technologies (convergence, security, management or operational efficiency)." Innovation is weighted highly by Gartner in evaluating a vendor's completeness of vision.

SC Magazine Recognizes Aerohive Networks as 2009 Industry Innovator for Wireless Security

SC Magazine, the longest-running information security magazine in the world, has named Aerohive the "2009 Industry Innovator" for wireless security. Aerohive was recognized in the Perimeter Defense-Wireless Security category for the cutting-edge security management features in its cooperative control wireless LAN access points (HiveAPs).

Aerohive Customer El Centro Regional Medical Center Wins IDG's InfoWorld 100 Award

El Centro Regional Medical Center (ECRMC) has been honored with an InfoWorld 100 award for its deployment of an Aerohive wireless LAN to support a wide range of applications, including mission-critical systems in the emergency room and operating rooms, the Hospital Information System (HIS), and quality review management software.

Aerohive Customer Columbus Vegetable Oils Wins Managing Automation 2009 Progressing Manufacturing 100 Award

Columbus Vegetable Oils (formerly Columbus Foods), a packaged-food processing company, has been named a winner in the fifth annual Progressive Manufacturing 100 Awards (PM100). The PM100, awarded by Managing Automation Media, honor best-in-class manufacturers who have completed projects demonstrating mastery of the Progressive Manufacturing concept, which advocates manufacturing business transformation supported by advanced technology. InformationWeek, an industry-leading source of news, analysis, and perspective for business technology executives, has selected Aerohive for this year's "Startup 50" editorial feature. The startups were evaluated for innovation, value, and enterprise-readiness.

IDG's InfoWorld, the leading integrated media brand for IT decision makers, has selected Aerohive as one of InfoWorld's Top Tech Startups for 2008. InfoWorld's Top Tech Startups for 2008 highlights 10 companies founded no earlier than 2005 that are developing promising new technologies or using existing technologies in new and innovative ways.

Aerohive Networks Wins Best of Interop Award

After emerging from stealth mode earlier in the month by announcing the availability of next-generation enterprise wireless LAN products and the company's first customer, Aerohive was awarded the Best Startup Award at Interop 2007. "The Best of Interop Awards are always an indicator of the most innovative and exciting offerings in these product categories," said Art Wittmann, editor-in-chief, Network Computing.
