No Yearly Performance Appraisal!

Our employees are knowledge workers who become more valuable over time with experience and coaching. We work in teams and believe in frequent and multiple sources of feedback and want to manage goals like we manage our work – the agile way. Given this, we have abandoned the annual performance review in favor of quarterly quick Check-Ins supported by coaching and 360 feedback.

The purpose of the Internship program at Aerohive is to offer broad and diverse opportunities for individuals attending a college or university and gain practical work experiences in a dynamic business environment.
