Aerohive Networks HiveManager Network Management System provides a single centralized management instance for the entire wireless network. HiveManager provides a comprehensive, cohesive view of Cooperative Control AP hives, enabling simple system-wide upgrades and changes throughout the entire Aerohive deployment, whether building-wide, campus-wide, or global - all from a single console. decisions, it eliminates the traffic bottlenecks and complexities of controller-based solutions, particularly in distributed environments. So control is distributed, while management is centralized. Together the solution delivers the benefits of both autonomous APs and controller-based solutions, without the drawbacks of either approach. The HiveManager is available as a hardened network appliance to speed deployment while ensuring security. The appliance is accessible via a web browser in Windows, Mac, or Linux environments, with an AJAX-based interface that delivers rich features including Zero-Configuration and Virtual HiveManager
